Your daily numbers
The UK advice is 30 g of fibre a day, and most of us manage about 20. One Gutsy cup brings 6.8 to 10 g, so it closes most of that gap before lunch. Plus 10 to 14 g of plant protein.
Fibre: SACN (2015) and NHS advice of 30 g a day for adults; UK adults average about 20 g. Protein: reference intake for an average adult (50 g). Per cup as sold.
Find your number
All twelve, side by side. No maths, no lecture, just the numbers from the back of the cup.
Per cup as sold (60 g; Pea & Mint and Pea & Kale 50 g). “High in protein” means at least 20% of the cup's energy comes from protein; the other cups are a source of protein.
Three brave steps
No pan, no bowl, no washing up. Faster than the queue for your flat white.

Fair question. Six are sweet oat cups; six are savoury, made with oats, buckwheat or mashed peas. Then we add what you'd never get round to buying: seeds, nuts, fruit, spices and 5 to 10 superfoods per cup. Porridge walked so Gutsy could run.
Really. Pea & Mint leads our savoury range: 14 g of plant protein and 10 g of fibre in a 50 g cup. Think posh mushy peas, ready in three minutes. Pea & Kale is its spicier sibling.
10 to 14 g, all from plants. All six savoury cups and Cacao Berry are high in protein (at least 20% of their energy comes from protein); the other sweet cups are a source of protein. Every cup lists it on the back, and the “Find your number” chart above has all twelve.
All twelve work with boiling water: about a minute if you like a bit of bite, three for soft and creamy. Pea and buckwheat cups like the full three. The six sweet cups also do overnight: plant drink up to the line, lid on, at least 6 hours in the fridge, eat within 24 hours.
It's a proper meal, not a snack: roughly 160–250 kcal with 7–10 g of fibre and 10–14 g of protein. Big appetite? Add a banana to a sweet one or a handful of seeds to a savoury one.
Nothing's hidden: every cup lists its sugars on the back. The savoury cups are, well, savoury. Cacao Hazelnut and Cacao Berry have no added sugar (they contain naturally occurring sugars).
Every recipe is plant-based. Some flavours contain nuts, soy, sesame or celery, and our oat cups contain gluten. Full allergen information is printed on each cup.
