This notice explains what happens to the details you give us on this website when you reserve a founding box or sign up for our emails. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Gutsy Foods Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17265643), is responsible for your data. Contact us any time at behealthy@gutsy-foods.com.
| Your email address and your reservation (flavours, number of boxes, one-off or subscription, the price shown) | To hold your founding box and to email you before the batch ships to confirm the box, the delivery date and payment. Lawful basis: steps you asked us to take before a contract. |
|---|---|
| Whether you ticked “morning notes”, or signed up in the footer | To send you one email a week with recipes and new flavours. Lawful basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. |
| Whether you ticked “I'd happily film a review” | To ask you, once your box arrives, if you'd like to film a short review. Nothing is published without your separate permission. |
| Which page and ad campaign brought you here, the referring website and your country (from the network) | To see which pages and adverts work. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in running our business. We do not store your IP address. |
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for anything else.
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. While you browse, it keeps the campaign tag from the link you clicked in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will ask for your permission first and update this notice.
Your details are stored in a database run by our website host on Cloudflare's network, which may process data outside the UK under standard data protection safeguards. Only the Gutsy team can access it. If we move our emails to an email service later, we will name it here before we do.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Just email behealthy@gutsy-foods.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
